Can someone tell me the pros and cons to both,I know people here biased towards HD but I would like opinions from someone who has driven or owned both thanks.

i guess if you are talking 07 HD F150 vs. 07 F150 FX4, it really depends on your needs and personality. do you need the 4x4 for hunting, camping, etc? or is it just about looks? me personally i would get the HD because you dont see them as much, i see FX4s everyday. the interior is a little nicer in the HD too IMO, and thats were you spend all of your time anyway. so i guess it boils down to what the trucks mission will be for your lifestyle......

As previously stated, the FX4 Lariat and the H-D are identical except for the trim pkg.

The FX4 comes with Rancho shocks and skid plates.

True, but the Rancho shocks are not a worthwhile upgrade, and the skid plad is marginal at best.

I could have easily gone with an F250 FX4 but I wanted to ride in style and when I pull in to get my boat or Seadoos or whatever...everyone is like "Nice Truck". It just depends on if you want to spend the extra $ for the HD!
