For the v-leds you need the resistors. ..to stop the fast flashing
Yeah, I don't want to tap into my OEM wire loom 4 times at each corner of the vehicle to install resistors if I can help it.
I think just replacing the OEM flasher relay unit up under the dash with an LED compatible one (EP27L) is a much cleaner installation. Plug and play!
I just didn't know if the hazards and the turn signals used the same relay or if I needed to get 2.

The vled V3 have built in resistors
Nice. All mine are old, some go back to my Ford Ranger and are about 8-9 years old now. I actually just bought new switchbacks for my front turn signals last week. The old ones were finally tweaking out a bit. When they were blinking, they would blink orange, but with a split second of a white flash at the end.
I love the V3. They are bright too.
i have a few year old leds everywhere except the map lights in the visors i found out last week.
i used the relay. much better then the resistor at every light.
i bought my flasher from superbright when i purchased the LEDs the hardest part was finding the damn thing under the dash...
thats how i did it.....
I actually had a ballest go bad today. Called vled, and they sent a new one out today no charge.
