Rust issues places to look ??
--Not sure, I live in california and my truck has zero rust anywhere
Engine issues ?? oil changes ?? charger issues rebuild lifespan etc ??
The connecting rods are weak if you push the mods to more than 450rwhp/550rwtq
I have 130k on my truck, making 16psi of boost / 380rwhp&520rwtq and knock on wood no issues.
The supercharger has gears and moving parts in the snout with a sealed oil in it, it should probably be rebuilt every 100k miles...or whenever it starts to make excessive noise and you can feel play in the rotors with the belt off

do they have an LSD ??
Yes, the truck has a 9.75" 35 spline axle rearend with a factory Trak-Lok clutch based LSD, the clutches are wear items and do need replaced when worn out - it's easy to tell, just do a burnout and look at how many tire marks are left.

best places to buy parts ? i normally use rock auto
Rock auto is fine, but eBay also has been a great source, and forums like this. For original parts at least. For aftermarket parts, there's a lot of vendors.

Any normal places for wear and tear possible leaks etc
Inner door handles the chrome flakes off the plastic easy I guess?

The more you tell me of what to look for or inherent design issues anywhere would be appreciated
Spark plug holes on the cylinder heads are a weak spot, they can back out if left in too long and not installed properly to proper torque tightness, which can cause damage to the threads in the head, or the coil pack for that cylinder/etc.
