    take your time....

no need to pull IAC or EGR off the plenum...so those gaskets wont need replacing..

No need to take the TB off the plenum so that gasket wont need replacing

no need to take the plenum off the SC so that gasekt wont need replacing.

no need to seperate the IC from the Midplate so that one wont need replacing

the metal gaskets between SC and Midplate and midplate and Lower intake manifold are metal so need to replace those either...

ive done around 20 or IC cleans and never had to replace a gasket yet...

well when my wife runs the ac it overheats....the electric fans work not sure what the heck is the deal with it....if i don't run the ac it can be 100 degrees outside and it would not overheat..matter of a fact it stays 1-2 notches below half way...but for some reason when that ac kicks in....it overheats....with the fan going...

The boost bypass is worthless as well, if your wanting to do this just un-plug it at the track.

even if you pull all those parts off, TB from plenum, IAC, etc. those gaskets should still be fine and reuseable. done mine plenty of times on and off no problems.

t-stat, if you're working around there and replacing it anyway, i'd do 170*. otherwise, i wouldnt make a special mod out of it to do it itself. what e-fan do you have? truck definately should not be overheating with the A/C on

make sure that the two rear bolts are completely out.some people just try to lift the SC out with them in loose.should only have to give a good jerk on the SC snout to break it loose.if you still have problems then there is still a bolt in somewhere.

this is pretty easy to do just done mine for the first time and it took longer to clean the ic than to pull it all out! Get a friend to help if you can, makes pulling out the sc easier since the back bolts will not come out until you have it picked up. used oven cleaner for most of it worked great rinsed with water and did the final cleaning with b-12(i think i flushed 5 qts of oil out lol) and blowed it out with the compressor .
