I've seen threads of this and it seems these installs are hit and miss, never straight forward, etc. Do you have a link of a install thread that would work EXACTLY the same as what you've got here or will there still be some custom work required?

Custom parts are never really straight forward. There may be some custom work needed to complete but nothing major. Maybe some drilling.

If I'm not mistaken, (usually am) there is a plate from an astro van or an areostar the you can get on eBay that fits these and makes the install easier.

Sold my 2002 BLK #9638 to my wife's uncle, Sold my 2003 BLK #6682 to a nameless man local to me.

"Nothing major" is relative. Money isn't the issue, it's the intimidation of doing it correctly for me.

Take your time and it will work just fine. If you rush it and try to throw.it all together it can be a problem

I don't rush things per say, I just don't wanna take my truck apart, start installation and then be running to the hardware store, trying to find a brake shop, etc to get get more parts. I'm just not certain what takes this from a custom job to a simple bolt and go job.
