gearing

i have a 02 hd im looking to do gears i 373 was looking into 410 or 430 has any one heard of some one with a with a 430 gear set.

There might be one other truck with 430's, but You should get some really good performance with a set of 410's, which are a good trade off so you can still handle highway rpms. 430's might rev up a little too much. I went to
410's on my 07 HD and definitely like it.

4.30's is going to be way too much on a 02 HD. unless thats you're only performance mod, you're really better off sticking with what you've got. the 3.73 is a really nice all around gear for a s/c truck. add a 6 lb lower and dyno tune and you'll be smoking the crap out of the tires

+1 3.73 is the best gear for any blown car/truck
