What a difference 30deg makes

Got to the track yesterday and I'm running a half-second slower than I was in the fall. What a difference in 90deg vs. 60deg air temp

anyone else having the hot weather racing blues?

OH YEAH! lol these trucks are a dog in the heat. I've easily seen half second differences between the spring/fall and the summer. Sometimes even bigger gaps than that on identical setups ran in cool weather vs hot weather. the humidity and heat sucks lol

thats why I don't even really bother racing beweeen June & August. Once sept hits, hopefully i'll have my 2.6 KB, and be ready to tear up the track come that cool weather in oct & nov!

That's why I'm not going back to the track till nov/dec. That should be fun.
