Mustang pegs dyno

One of our local guys pegged the dyno at 1600 hp and exploded a drive shaft in the process. NWS for language.

They were trying to get it ready for the outlaw class Sunday, it should be good for mid 6's when all dialed in. The tuner, Chris Groves just set a psca record on a 275 drag radial a couple of weeks back, 7.66 @ 185. We have some major players in Mustangs, due in part to having John Urist and Dwane James' Hellion Power in the area, as well as Chris a leading Mustang Tuner.

Very impressive, I wonder if that motor would fit in my truck.......with a new transmission of course.

HOLY COW !!! never seen a driveshaft look like a noodle. Seen them shear off at the yoke but never twist apart like that. AWESOME.

makes me miss my stang...

i love coupes

mustangs are nice esp for track use... the coupe is still the best overall stang to use for the track... its light and can take a 150 shot on the stock block and pistons then with a set of 185s and a intake....

thats a 10 sec car...
