Just swap the SuperCharger belt first, it is very easy to do. Just remove the one screw from the intercooler tank and move it out of the way. Then you will see the tensioner, loosen tension and slip the belt off. Then just work it around the fan blades, you should not have to take anything off. WHile you have the belt off spin the idler pulleys and check them for wear.

I have just under 28K on mine, and the same thing happened this morning, temp around 20 degrees. I popped the hood, and it seemed to be more of a bearing noise from the idler pulleys than a belt squeal. I am going to have lower and upper pulley work done soon, so I will have them look at it and let you know what they find out.

I have the same problem with mine and had it fixed, it still does it but only in the cold and it only lasts for a few minutes. The first time I experienced the problem Ford said that belts on 03 were defective so they put a better one on, apparently that wasn't the case. I've had everything looked at and there are no problems with any of the pullies or idler. I would'nt be to concerned unless it does it in warm weather and doesn't stop.
