I do not se you blowing up with this setup but the beauty is you can always swap out the stock pulley and remove the Predator tune quite easily. I guess everything has risks but I do not know anyone who blew up with a 6lber.

But...but...what's involved in this swap,I mean,if something happens to the truck and I have to bring it to the dealer with the swap everything comes back where it belongs...?
And the predator wouldn't leave traces???
Sorry about my questions,I know it has been discussed here before a zillion of times but,anyway...I'll do it on myself all right, better now...

Awesome man, glad to hear you got them on. I need to get mine on. I'll definitely vouch for Bruce, he's an awesome guy, and his truck is extremely clean and well taken care of. If I had the time I'd head over to his place next weekend to get that stuff done to my truck! lol
MBO i have all these and when i dyno'ed my truck stock i was at 342 or something and with 6lber throttle body predator REM intake system and FTVB with 4x4 pan i was at like 376....34hp gainOriginally posted by MRBLUEOVAL
This is easy and relatively cheap HP.
Predator $300
FTVB and 4x4 pan $275
K&N Panel $40
6/8lb Pulley & belt $200
So for between $8-900.00 you'll add a solid 50-60+RWHP
After these mods its a lot more money for a lot less additional HP

I think our rigs are supposed to be 340 at the crank, so if you got 342 at the rears stock, you should consider yourself lucky off the bat!!! I think most are seeing around 320 at the rears stockola. Mine doesn't feel even that much being choked out at a mile high. I have got to get back to modding after trying to set my finances back in order a bit. Want to keep it mellow though, as i definately cannot afford to blow up a motor at this point in my life. Hell, I can't even afford the mods with the stuff I have been going through. Maybe someday it will come around a bit.

I would say we are 310-320 at the wheels and with the mods above you should no doubt see about 50 at the wheels. Your truck had work done like a ported blower or something. Either that of you got a real strong motor. I've done a bunch of them and 370rwhp is about right on this combo. It would be more with a dyno tune though. You might want to see if you have a Lightning upper as well. Our trucks call out 340 at the crank stock
I was at 316 stock. After adding predator tune, 6lb, phenolic spacer, and airdaid intake, I dynoed at 375. E-fan is next on, hopefully this week. I want 400.
Not 399.99, just 400!
