I just purchased a 2002 DSG with 27K from a dealer in January for $24,600 after more than a week of talks. needless to say, I was very happy. Hope you have some luck in getting the price down.

Got mine last year with 20k on the clock for 25k and 100 mile warranty, upgraded alarm package, 6 free oil changes, 6 free tuneups and 4 near Goodyears. Only took two weeks of negotiations and 8 hours on the final day.

Thanks for the posts. I have to say the dealer is stuck on their price. I'll keep my eyes open for a deal.

They stay stuck on their price following that motto of "Someone will buy it" But after it sits on their lot long enough then they will come off their price! Sometimes patience is a virture. it was in my case. they wanted 31k and I walked out of their at 25k lock stock and barrel with a bunchof goodies.

Keep looking though and good luck!

milage good on the e-bay truck but no sunroof and harley wheels are missing. wheels on the truck are nice but to retain value the harley wheels are necessary. be aware that they cost $1285.00 each plus $7.00 each for the lug nuts and &12.50 for the locks. thats a ton of dough to get it up to speed. i would keep shopping at that price.
