Not sure which is better, the white lithium or chasis, but both should work. Pretty easy job, no more than a half hour. Have fun.
    Hate to bring up an old thread but does anyone have a pic or something showing what to do here, this sqeaking is driving me nuts.

    yep mine is doing it up front now, 03 Eff Juan Fiddy, new shocks, new ball joints, all greased up with Zerk fittings
    and it squeaks going over slow bumps...
