Looks like she has been sitting for a while. How long before you get her up and going again?

Moving it into the garage is a good start. Good luck with getting it going again.
how do i find the build number on mine. im in the uk and hae no idea of original owner and or dealer ??
there should be a plaque right in the middle of the center console under the climate controls with your build number in the top right corner, check the previous page for a picture of one.

Anything else i can do to find build number ????
I believe there is a guy on lightningrodder.com that can get you that info. All you need is a VIN. I don't remember his name tho. But should be easy enough, that website has a similar design as this one.
hi guys im looking for as much info as possible on my new purchase.
someone has stole its plaque too .can they be got blank and engraved ????
my vin is 1ftrw073x3kd20683
Here is a link to how I did my plaque. http://www.nhtoc.com/vbforum/showthr...3-Harley-owner The orange plaques were available through Ford at one time I'm sure ther is still a few out there I can get you the part number when i get home. I still have the bag sitting on my desk.

The part number for the plaque is 3L3Z 18598 CA If you can't find one you may try contacting the guy that is on Facebook and Lightning Rodder that does the consoles for the Lightning trucks. I would think he would have used Harley consoles for his mods and may have a few OE plaques lying around. They would be of no use for anyone except with the proper VIN.
If you find one and want the paint code I used I am sure I have the can of paint somewhere and can get you the code I used. I hope this helps.
thanks for the advice chuck.. just gotta find out the build no now
I take it that part number is from a usa ford dealer.. im in the UK

Yes they are on eBay at times and also the people that have obsolete parts have them at times also. That's where I picked up mine. As i said you may be able to get one that has the wrong info and re do it. I did two of them for my truck. did it two different ways one in paint and vinyl and one all vinyl final product was equally good both had their own difficulties and tribulations!!!
I won't hand out the name because I don't think I should, but there is a guy on this site and I believe it is in this thread somewhere (could be on a different one??) His email address is actually there. He was a Harley owner at one time and his neighbor was the head of the Harley Davidson build team in the factory and the neighbor still has all the build numbers etc. Very nice guy if he can still make the connection. He no longer is on the site to my knowledge. He had the numbers and the time to the second that the truck left the Assembly line. mine was built 1/20/03 at 1:22:14 PM 03509 build number.
