tested on my daily driver. you can touch it and its not greasy, its dry.

I like the fact that it's not oily or greasy. Fairly easy to apply. No squirting overspray and it's completely dry.
Yes, it's a bit more expensive than your auto parts store tire dressing but cost per application IS much cheaper.
I have found the durability and longevity to be unmatched by any of the other tire shine products I have used.
BTW - (if you like shiny) the more coats you apply (with drying time between coats) the shinier it gets.
If you like just a little shine just use one or two coats. You can adjust the gloss level with the amount of coats.
