    Burning oil smell

    How's it going guys? I am new to these trucks and recently picked up a 2002 hd. I just noticed after driving the truck hard, when I park and get out I can smell burnt oil. It does not have an oil seperator and I have not cleaned the intercooler yet. The truck has 72k on it. Could this be do to oil in the intercooler, or would it be something more serious? Thanks guys.

    Get you an oil seperator. You have some oil coing through your PCV valve into you intake. Also, oil being sucked up from the driver-side valve cover to your intake which you can block off.
