    Another heater issue

I did a search in the forums but didn't see this exact problem but I am sorry if I missed it.

2003 Harley. Just started a month ago. 1st issue was only blowing warm air when on high for heat. Figured it must be blend door. Then last week I was flipping between floor, vent, defrost, AC and noticed when in AC it flows out the panel vents. When on heat and on floor it blows out the defrost. When on vent it blows out the panel. When on panel and floor it blows out the defrost. I looked at the lines behind the battery and they do not seem damaged or corroded. Does this sound like the control unit on dash?

    Thx's

it is a cheap fix to replace the O rings on the ECU. They tend to leak.

Got it pulled apart and none of the rings seem deteriorated but they do seem hard. Currently replacing all 4.

Update: Replaced all 4 and now it switched great between functions. Wow $1.98 for parts. Now to fix the blend door.

    Thx's again
