Creaking Noise Coming From the Front

When I make any turn more than 90 degrees, regardless of speed and direction, I hear a loud creaking and clicking/popping noise coming from the wheels. What is this and how do I fix it?

check all of the balljoints for play (control arms, tie-rods).

Replace any that have unusual play, it's obvious when one is bad.

I Had the same problem on My 07 F150 HD.

My Problem was the wheel Bearing/Hub
The Rotor, bearing, and hub come in one assembly,
I Just replaced the whole thing and it went away.
I Found this out by Watching the Video on this thread:

Loud grinding/popping noise when turning sharply (video included) - F150online Forums

Read the Thread and watch the video and listen closely to see if its the same sound yours is making.

I Hope I Was able to help.
