Looks like the one week for nominations is up. No need for voting as SoCal Waite is not eligible for TOTM yet.

See TOTM Guidelines and Rules for additional info. Under Rule #2.


2) Nominee must be a member of NHTOC for AT LEAST 6 months and have at least 100 posts.
....Candidates must meet BOTH of these requirements OR be a paid member.

SoCal Waite has 30 posts and is not a paid member. But he does have a great truck and may win TOTM in the future.

Oh, didn't see that in the rules. Otherwise I would have said I am ineligible when I saw my nomination. Oh well, thanks for the compliments, and maybe when I am, my truck will be a little better prepared. I got a few things in the works...

Then...what's he waiting for...become a member and support your community...if he's quick about it there's still time.
I'd bet the TOTM prize alone is worth the cost of membership much less the bragging rights.

I would love to, unfortunately I had to pay over $5k out of pocket last week for collar bone surgery... so the funds just aren't there

I hear that and truly understand. I would say if you made over 65 posts in the next few days that would work too.

Yep, all is well, on my way to 100% now!! Wish my Doc was that cute...or a girl for that matter lol.

As far as the hundred posts I'm in no hurry, I'll be posting more and more. Hell I get paid this friday, might just become a paid member then (not to compete in this TOTM though) is there an option other than Pay Pal to buy in? I don't have a working account at the moment...anyways, I think I need to get some drop spindles and leafs and paint on her before I feel I could even park next to most of you guys at Denny's...maybe in a few months I'll be lucky enough to get the nom again!!
