Angry How to adjust cold start idle speed.

My 2000 HDF150 recently developed a cold start problem. At cold start-up, idle races to 2000 rpm for approx., 10 seconds before dropping down to a reasonable 1200 rpm. Normal idle occurs after 2 mins. Any advice on how to adjust the cold start would be appreciated.

Thanks. I'll try that, although, with only 9k miles, it's hard to think it would be clogged.

Might just be sticking seeing the truck isnt driven much. Its gotta be something mechanical, to adjust the idle it has to be done with a tuner. I guess there is always the possibility the computer is going, but I doubt that.
