    Plug blew out

    Need help had #2 plug blow out live in Dallas any help I get will be great

    Lock-N-Stitch is the only Ford approved fix. You must use an aluminum insert. Steel inserts result in hot spots that produce detonation.

    Got it fixed today used helicoil kit the other ones are expensive got 189k on truck if I can get 60 more out of her that funny thing the ticking noise I have been hearing stopped

    Ticking is a symptom of a loose plug.

    It has been ticking foe a while though it was a cam faster
