    Cold air intake, or hot air intake

    Just purchased jlp thunder tube and regretting my decision. Any input or suggestions on a nice intake tube. This tube does not allow my pcv tube from the valve cover to reach

    That's a bummer. I just replaced that tube on mine with a new one due to age. You can easily extend it if you decide to keep the thunder tube.

    Not only that its fiberglass. its all rough inside i wanted something smooth you know. For that much money i wanted something smooth and fits without having to go to advance or napa to buy extra pieces to work

    I had one a while back, and I wasn't thrilled either. I ended up selling it before it got installed.

    I've got a C&L on mine and have thought about getting something else that looks better. I'll be sure to count this one out.

    I haven't seen too many other options than the C&L elbow and these days it would be hard to find as those parts would be scarce.

    Maybe take off the C&L and get it powder coated or hydro-dipped in whatever color you prefer.

    I didn't have those options being down here but hell you can probably go to any corner up there and find those services pretty easy!

    Great point. Perhaps I can get the upper plenum and C&L coated.

    Talked to bruce and he has a plastic K&N intake tube in his. Sanded it down and painted it looks good ! 087097 part number
