Unhappy 02 harley truck will not stay running

hey guys/gals at my wits end here and not sure what to do at this point. have a 02 ht that will crank but dies after a few seconds. sometimes will die quickly sometimes will run a few seconds then die. trying to feather the gas pedal will make it die instantly. replaced battery. truck has had some issues from moisture inside the cab from a leak in windshield or sunroof that i have unable to pinpoint at this point thought may be the throttle position sensor and the idle air control sensor as i am familiar and have changed them before on my earlier mustangs. i know from using the gas buddy app that it shows there was some recalls on some of the fuel system but unsure if i want to go that route at this point to end up with a $1000 bill from ford. hoping that i am headed in the right direction and someone else here has some input. almost ready to part it out and see if someone else has any use for it.

    thanks in advance!!

Check the fuel pump resistor mounted on the inter-cooler pump bracket behind the front bumper. If you have no way of checking it try jumping across it and see if the truck will run.

The resistor is located under front bumper. It is surrounded by ceramic (white) material.
